How does shipping work on Zulily?
We use a unique shipping model to offer you the best prices. When you place an order, we often wait for the sale event to end before receiving the items from our brand partners, which are then consolidated and shipped to you.
What is the 'All-Day Shopping, One-Time Shipping' rule?
Place an order and pay for shipping, then any additional orders you place before midnight PT on the same day will ship for free. On weekends, this window extends from Friday through Sunday night.
What is your return policy?
Items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned. For eligible items, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund in the form of store credit, minus any applicable shipping and handling fees.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because we work quickly to process orders with our vendors, there is a very limited window to cancel. You can typically cancel an order within 30 minutes of placement through your account dashboard.
